We will start off with metaphorical cards that will help you define and set an intention for your practice.
Then, we will proceed with some aromatherapy and short breathwork to awaken your senses and relax into our meditative segment.
As we transition into meditation, you'll be guided to tap into your inner strength and awaken your divine feminine energy. As you relax into the moment, we'll anchor this euphoric, empowered feeling in your mind and body, so you can express your most authentic self in front of the camera.
