Goddess Experience

..I felt great because I felt the sun setting on my skin, felt the wind blowing, and heard the ocean in the background.  I went into a deep, deep trance. When I woke up, I felt sooo out of it, like I had awoken from such a deep sleep/meditative state. My brain turned off for once in my life. It was such a transformative experience for me, and I am continuing to learn more about meditation and would like to practice it regularly. I believe that my life instantly changed after I met Kate and attended her sunset sound bowl healing meditation event on the beach.
